Really upset that they have not updated their app to be able to work on Android 10. Have tried calling yoco 4 or 5 times and they have done nothing to help and have deliberately chosen not to contact me back. Have since updated the app... But still not fixed the problem. I have given multiple chances for them to make it right. App doesn't load when we click on it... Says "loading store.". Been this way for 3 months. Hoping for resolution...but until they do, they deserve 1 star.

I can't upload product images. It keeps telling me to allow camera permissions even though i already did that. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and setting permission again, but I still get the same issue.

Cannot get through to anybody. I mailed, I sent Whatsapps and tried to communicate via the App. No contact number. Keep getting automated responses that get me nowhere. Only wanted to negotiate transaction fees (as they are ridiculously high) and would have considered using my Yoco for my new business account. Guess Yoco just goes back into cupboard.
